This stunning waterfront resort offers luxury accommodations in a peaceful natural setting. Imagine a weekend away from your to do list in a tranquil setting where you can unwind, relax and let go of stress.

Whether your style is a King Size Master with private Ensuite, or you’re happy to sleep on a pull-out sofa, there is an option to fit everyone’s budget.

You will share a villa with 2 to 3 other wellness seeking ladies just like you who want to discover the mind/body/spirit healing powers of yoga, and supplement their regular fitness activities with recovery based movement. You’ll explore yoga from the interdisciplinary tradition rather than a dogmatic approach, practicing skills and disciplines you can take home and integrate into your daily life. The smaller group size will ensure each student receives support for modifications and adjustments as required.

Each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen to make meals. There is an IGA nearby as well as on site restaurant and other food establishments a short drive away.

No yoga experience is required. Please bring your own yoga mat, two yoga blocks and a comfortable cushion or bolster to sit on. A small throw blanket for svasana, and a sweater for outdoor practice are also recommended. All practices will be in the outdoor Zen platform weather providing.

You will have scheduled yoga practices as well as free time to use the onsite fitness facility, pool, and hot tub.
