This follow along workout (home or gym) is designed for busy women who want to lift weights 3 to 5 days per week for 20-30 minutes per session, as well as a regular yoga practice. Depending on each woman’s schedule yoga can be added once per week all the way up to 7 days per week!

The purchase of this membership includes access to a private Facebook group with pre-recorded and live masterclasses on the topics of health, nutrition, fitness, cardio and more!

You will find supportive and goal oriented women just like yourself in this group and will be encouraged to share your progress, challenges, questions and connect with others in the group to get more out of your journey.

You will also receive discounts on merchandise, recipes, tips and tricks and be inspired by others in the group.

There is a minimum 3 month commitment for this membership, and fees are payble on the 1st of each calendar month.
