This versatile band can be used on it's own (as pictured in the Donkey Kick exercise shown) for exercises such as the Squats, Deadlifts, Donkey Kicks, Bridge Lifts and more or in combination with Dumbbells, Barbells, and other load bearing versions of the same exercises. They aid in joint stabilization, create extra resistance, and can help to engage muscles that may be harder to recruit for some people. PRO TIP: Buy two so you can work up to one around both the knees and the ankles!
