Prepare to get your sweat on! This warm yoga class is designed for those who already have strength and are looking to improve motor control, flexibility, and range of motion. We’ll warm up with variations of Sun Salutations, and have tons of fun playing with all kinds of standing, balancing, twisting, folding, and back bending poses. We’ll use the wall to get upside down, and each other to find more depth in poses. You’ll learn some fundamentals in the first session including Ujjai Breath and Uddiana and Mula Bhanda, as well as modifications for certain poses. In the second series we’ll build on the foundations and begin to take flight with all kinds of handstand and arm balancing postures!
