Sling Yoga is a super sweet way to be totally supported in your practice. We’ll warm up with a little Hatha Flow and then take what we practiced on the mat to the wall with the sling. You’ll have the opportunity to soften into the pose in a way that’s not possible on the mat. You’ll experience traction for the spine, lightness in the pose and deep relaxation.
