Whether you are brand new to yoga and would like to experience a private session to familiarize yourself before entering a class, or you've been to several classes but would like to go deeper into the poses, a private session with one on one instruction will give you the personal attention you need to develop your practice. Sessions are booked at your convenience, and can be done individually or in pairs. 2 persons per session maximum.
(Group private classes for 3 or more are also available)
Whether you are a beginner, or a seasoned fitness fanatic, working with a trainer is the best way to push yourself to the next level. Combining traditional strength training and cardio with yoga offers a completely new perspective and mind-muscle connection. Learn some fun new moves and enjoy your workouts for a change! Sessions are 60 minutes long.
The only thing for you to do is relax during a Pranassage session. The practioner works with the joints and limbs of the body allowing for rotation and stretching of the arms and the legs, traction, deep tissue and scalp massage. The recipient absorbs the majority of the benefits of yoga, without doing any of the work. This is a perfect way to end to a strenuous workout or stressful workday. It is also a great way to celebrate your fitness success, induldge in a little pampering, or give a gift to a loved one.
